Yes. Your welcome pack is optional for guests and never asks for their email, so it fits within Airbnb’s rules. Share the link in your check-in instructions.

About your property, it only answers from your welcome pack. For places nearby and what’s on, it uses Google Maps and the web, and shows where the answer came from. If it can’t find something, it says so and passes the guest to you. It never makes things up.

Your cleaner gets their own link: no app and no login, with a PIN if you want one. It lists every changeover you give them, flags same-day turnovers and adds them all to their phone’s calendar with reminders. Each one opens a checklist, including the smoke and CO alarm tests, and you see when it’s done.
